The Wendy's Company’s Post

At Wendy’s, we know that building a great workplace culture starts with investing in our people. Last week, we welcomed new hires from around the world to our Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH for our final 2025 Welcome to Wendy’s onboarding event. During this two-day experience, new team members networked with leadership, connected across business functions, and even rolled up their sleeves in the Innovation Kitchen to craft their own Dave’s Single. We’re excited to see the impact these individuals will have as they begin their Wendy’s journey!

When onboarding feels like a culture moment instead of just a checklist, it creates lasting impact. This is how you build long-term engagement. Great to see Wendy’s investing in people from day one.

Glad to hear things have improved! When I interviewed years ago, the energy was not exactly drive-thru friendly. The hiring team gave off more ‘frosty’ than friendly.
