Last week, we wrapped our second annual Moore Innovation Summit — two days with leaders from 100+ of the nation’s most trusted nonprofit leaders, all in one room, pushing our sector forward with honesty, curiosity, and ambition. To everyone who attended: thank you. Your willingness to engage deeply, ask tougher questions, and explore what’s possible made the conversations electric. The missions you represent move the world, and it’s a privilege to convene this group each year. A special thank-you to Greg Peters, co-CEO of Netflix, for an incredible fireside conversation that challenged all of us to think bigger about where innovation is heading. Across the sessions, one message came through loud and clear: innovation is already happening, but we can and should accelerate. We saw organizations using AI to prototype and streamline processes while honoring what's human, building data systems that allow for 1:1 marketing, and expanding their audiences through new channels, age groups, and ways of thinking. It's an exciting time and an honor to be among the leaders in that room who are turning these shifts into real results. We’re grateful for every voice that shaped this year’s summit!
