We are so excited to share the launch of our very first Thrive Network Event for Women @ Wave—perfect timing for Women's History Month! It meant the world to take a pause and connect, sharing experiences, stories, and ideas. Wave’s Thrive Networks are a key component of our employee-led initiative, Belonging at Wave. This program is designed to create spaces where employees can connect, use their voice and contribute to a thriving culture through the lens of their unique lived experience.
