Design proves itself in contact, not in demos. We are designing software that reasons, adapts, and acts alongside the operator because milliseconds and misreads matter. Our focus is on designing interaction, not just automation, crafting interfaces that think with the user, anticipate intent, and surface insight at the moment it is needed most. This design philosophy transforms efficiency into advantage, freeing users to focus on high order decisions that shape real world missions. That is why our design approach to agentic UX centers on three principles: 1️⃣ Embed agents where the work happens. 2️⃣ Make contributions transparent and traceable. 3️⃣ Keep outputs action oriented. Agents that think, act, and adapt alongside humans will define the next generation of defense systems and we’re designing them now. AI can now design screens in seconds. But here’s what it still can’t do: • Understand nuance • Read human context • Prioritize empathy over efficiency That’s our superpower. 💪 In 2026, your job isn’t to design faster — it’s to design smarter. Let AI handle the mechanics so you can focus on meaning. #AIUX #UXDesign #UserExperience #DesignThinking

AI isn’t replacing designers, it’s redefining them. The smartest designers in 2026 aren’t faster because they hustle harder. They’re faster because they design smarter. I’ve rounded up 5 AI tools that are quietly transforming the way we work from wireframes to motion. This isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about superpowers. 💡 Check out the full carousel → Save it if you’re building your 2026 design stack. Which one of these tools are you most excited to try? 👇 #UXDesign #UIDesign #AIDesignTools #DesignWorkflow #DesignIn2026 #ProductDesign #DesignThinking #UXStrategy #ArtificialIntelligence #Figma #Canva #AdobeFirefly #RunwayML #Uizard #DesignCommunity #FutureOfDesign #PromptDesign #AIandDesign #DesignInnovation #CreativeWorkflow

Today, one of our designers asked a simple question: “Could I just fix this in the code?” With AI, the answer was yes so she did. Spacing, motion, copy. All perfect. Until we realized something: the feature underneath wasn’t even ready. We’d polished a UX layer sitting on unstable logic. That’s when it clicked for me, the hardest part of cross-functional velocity isn’t speed. It’s context. Tomorrow I’ll share how we fixed it and how TPMs can make this kind of collaboration safe, not scary. #TechnicalProgramManagement #AI #Leadership #FutureOfWork #ProductDesign #TeamVelocity

🚀 Designing the future of data visualization. I recently explored a concept for Neural Analytics, a real-time AI intelligence dashboard built to make complex data feel simple, dynamic, and visually engaging. The goal was to blend futuristic neon aesthetics with clean usability, striking a balance between technical sophistication and readability. Every glow, gradient, and layout choice was made to give the interface life while maintaining focus on the data that matters. 💡 This project challenged me to create a data-heavy UI that still feels intuitive, modern, and exciting, something that speaks to both engineers and everyday users. What do you think should this concept evolve into a full platform? 👇 #UIDesign #DashboardDesign #DataVisualization #DesignPortfolio #AIDesign #NeonDesign #ProductDesign

One of my design clients was the 1st company to generate meeting summaries with LLMs. The most important thingI learned from working on their UI was that latency is the experience. Anything over half a second feels robotic, even if the voice or output is flawless. You can design the most human-like interaction in the world, but if the response takes too long, the illusion breaks. The brain doesn’t care about technical latency. You can just feel it isn't human. And that’s what founders keep missing: AI trust isn’t just about what users see or hear, it’s about what they feel in the rhythm of the interaction. Design for the microbeats between action and feedback.

Everyone’s experimenting with AI tools. But very few are actually designing for AI systems. When you’re designing with AI inside the product itself, the UX challenge shifts from creating static flows to designing dynamic systems that learn, generate, and adapt over time. In this video, I break down a practical example: how mapping data to potential generative components enables hyper-personalization, without breaking consistency or trust. 💾 Save this if you’re: Building products with embedded AI Defining experience logic for personalization Working with data, design systems, or adaptive UIs 👇 Let’s talk about how design can become the interface between data and intelligence. #UXDesign #AIinDesign #DesignSystems #GenerativeUX #HyperPersonalization

We don’t know the final UX of AI yet. Just like computers evolved from command line → GUI → web, AI interfaces will evolve far beyond chatbots.

AI won’t design your product for you — but it will definitely change the way you think about design. From user research to wireframes, AI is reshaping every part of the product design process. But the why behind our designs — empathy, creativity, real human insight — that still belongs to us. The next generation of designers won’t just be creating screens. They’ll be designing intelligent systems that understand, learn, and adapt to users in real time. The tools are changing fast — but the heart of design remains human. 💡 #ProductDesign #AIDesign #Innovation #DesignFuture

AI should move at the speed of work. With today’s update in our November Drop, Glean Assistant does exactly that on desktop. 🚀 Chat in one tap: set quick entry to open chat by default and start a conversation from anywhere. 🧠 Side‑by‑side thinking: keep a persistent quick chat window on top to iterate without breaking focus. 🎯 Better context, better answers: add a screenshot so Assistant can deliver targeted results, fast. These UX upgrades add up to big productivity gains. https://lnkd.in/eKZJ8MjW
