See what her colleagues had to say: "Genesis is a tech lab assistant who is always willing to learn new tasks outside the scope of her job. What stands out most about Genesis is that she models positive behavior by creating a cheerful work environment and demonstrating that even if a task is not part of her job duties and responsibilities, she is more than willing to learn because, at the end of the day, getting the work done is really what matters most for our patients and providers. Genesis' effort exemplifies all of Valley's Caregiver commitment because it shows through her work ethic, positive behavior, and interdepartmental cooperation. She never gives less than 100%."
