My role is all about making sure the right stock goes to the right store and now also allocation system helps me make that happen faster and smarter. I'm responsible for managing inventory across menswear and I look up to Cotton Zone and network division for our Uniqlo stores in Europe. I start every day with reviewing stock and sales performance and identifying trends and forecasts. As a team we work together to ensure. Optimal efficiency across all product ranges within Europe. Every morning I catch up with the team to align our priorities and responsibilities for the day ahead. As the division, we have a daily catch up to review sales trend and discuss what needs to be adjusted. As I'm also responsible for the French market, I catch up weekly with the French Sao and area managers to make sure that the sales and enricher plan is in line with their commercial goals. Every month we work with the ID team to create the perfect shop floor plan to prioritize our products I regularly visit. My stores and on visits like today, I'll be looking to check that the lines and the colour options match the original floor plan and understand if any changes need to be made through this high level of collaboration. We don't wait for direction, we need it the stories where it all comes together. So after each store visit will review and share our findings so that we can maximize inventory control and in turn the experience of customers when they visit. At unit, we work as one team and our systems only work if we're aligned. We're constantly check in with our colleagues and merchandise planning and e-commerce. On a day-to-day basis to ensure that we have the right amount of products to maximize sales and provide optimal availability to our customers. What we see in your pores only tells part of the story. Being installed helps me understand customer behavior and feedback in real time. I'm able to bring back those findings to the team to further empower our decision from within the European Head office. Employee development is important for us here. We're encouraged to share knowledge across the team to ensure we're all reaching our full potential. I've been supported since day one and. Now I get to pay that forward when new people join our team. There's a real sense of ownership in this role. I know that the decision I make today will shape our results tomorrow. Since joining Unico, I'm proud to work with innovative products that excite our customers and can therefore identify different sales opportunities across our global markets.
