How often do you review your Copilot deployments? If it’s only after launch, here’s a better way: A repeatable loop that helps every Microsoft 365 Admin scale AI with confidence. Agent deployment doesn’t have to be a one-time project. It can be a loop that drives adoption every cycle. Here’s the system: 1️⃣ Assess – Identify where automation is needed. Review sites, processes, and licensing. 2️⃣ Define – Set use cases, pick initial sites, and define success metrics. 3️⃣ Plan – Map knowledge sources, design flows, and plan your pilot phase. 4️⃣ Execute – Build, connect, and deploy your SharePoint agents. 5️⃣ Measure – Track usage, adoption, and results. Capture lessons learned. Then loop back. Again and again. 📌 Save this loop. Share it with your admin team. Run it next Monday. Most teams are still debugging their first agent.
