2dAccording to FINRA's own Rule 6490, it's FINRA's obligation to foster cooperation and coordination of the clearing, settling and processing of transactions... If FINRA's Rule 6490 review process failed to identify an issue related to settlement and clearance BEFORE publishing the MMTLP Corporate Actions... Why wouldn't the U3 halt be used to make adjustments, similar to the way FINRA made adjustments to the Corporate Action without input from the issuer?
