🎉 Our creators are shaping the future of digital culture! We're proud and excited to see Twitch streamers recognized among the 100 most influential digital voices shaping online culture and trends globally. TIME unveiled their first-ever TIME 100 Creators list, featuring several of our incredible streamers, including Kai Cenat and Imane Anys (Pokimane). These creators represent more than entertainment—they're cultural architects building communities, driving conversations, and defining what it means to connect in the digital age. From gaming innovation to authentic storytelling, our streamers continue to prove that influence isn't just about reach, but about making meaningful connections with your audience. Congratulations to all of the TIME 100 Creators honorees. Read through the full list here: https://lnkd.in/eyXy9b2A
No we just need a fair payment more thorough choices of partners and actually pay small creators
What about the rest of the twitch creators on the list?
Congratulations! 🎉 I am a small streamer and I have been trying to get recognized on Twitch for 3 years now. I am trying everything and more, but nothing seems to be working. We small streamers need help.
Keep shining, ⭐
I also want to take a moment to recognize the incredible rise of creators like Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed. Their consistency, personality, and ability to captivate massive audiences is proof of what’s possible when the right energy meets the right opportunity. They’ve set new standards for engagement, creativity, and community-building — and they’ve inspired a generation of streamers, including myself. ✨ But growth at that level doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when creators are empowered, supported by their platforms, and surfaced through systems that reward connection, not just metrics. I believe Twitch has a chance to continue uplifting not just the giants, but those still finding their voice. Discovery doesn’t need to be exclusive — it can be empowering. We can celebrate the stars and ensure the stage is wide enough for the next ones to shine. #CreatorSupport #TwitchCommunity #SmallStreamerSupport #KaiCenat #IShowSpeed #StreamingWithPurpose #InclusiveGaming #SupportMatters
I started streaming during the time of Human Malware. I began by turning my budget gaming PC into a WFH setup. Streaming was a way to dial in lighting and audio for ZOOM, Teams, etc. I also wanted to expand my employable skillset. The channel is still quite small due to the equipment shortages in the beginning and now limited budget for content. The best part of my streaming experience has been "meeting" some very supportive people in the streaming community.
No doubt ishowspeed will be in the next article 👏
Congratulations!

4moTwitch’s current algorithm and payout structure needs reworking. Small streamers are grinding just as hard — if not harder — than many Partners, yet visibility and growth remain out of reach for most. Some creators have been streaming since the early days of Twitch, consistently putting in the effort for years, and still sit at very low viewer counts. That shouldn’t be happening in 2025. Yes, some people are naturally gifted. But what about the ones who aren’t — who’ve stayed loyal, worked hard, and built authentic communities? They deserve better tools, visibility, and revenue opportunities. While the Twitch Plus Program now allows Affiliates to reach a 60/40 or even 70/30 split, the road to get there (100–300 Plus Points over 3 months) is steep — especially with limited exposure and support. And Partners? They’re facing even more restrictions despite earning Twitch revenue. Let’s be honest — helping the little guys would make Twitch stand out. Imagine hearing: “Wait, what’s Twitch doing? They’re actually supporting small creators now?” That’s the kind of shift that inspires loyalty, community growth, and real innovation. 🔁💡
