Ahmet Bolat Turkish AirlinesTürk Hava Yolları'nda müşteri hizmetleri yok. Uçuşlarım için satın aldığım koltukları geri alabilmek için neredeyse üç haftadır uğraşıyorum. TK-13642596 numaralı bir bilet oluşturdum. Bu şimdi kesin bir dille reddediliyor; kanıt olmasına rağmen koltuk satın almadıklarını iddia ediyorlar. Hatta müşteri hizmetlerinden bir arama aldım ve görüşmeyi kaydediyorlar. Hatta bu aramayı bile reddediyorlar. Kanıtı göndermeye devam ediyorum ama hiçbir şey yapılmıyor. Sürekli farklı cevaplar alıyorum. Her seferinde aynı şey oluyor. Dört kişiyle dört uçuş yaptım ve tüm koltuklar kaldırıldı. Her seferinde aynı şey oluyor. Hâlâ ne kadar harika olduklarını reklam ediyorlar. Umarım bu, sorunumu çözmeme yardımcı olur.

When an airline refuses to compensate 250€ each passenger for more than three hours delayed departure CANNOT BE considered as customer friendly. Shame on TURKISH AIRLINES.

Worst Experience with Turkish Airlines My friend was traveling from Malta to Berlin with a 2-hour stop in Istanbul. At Malta Airport, Turkish Airlines gave him his boarding pass and said everything was fine. But in Istanbul, they issued a new boarding pass and then refused him travel, claiming his visa was single-entry. They just left him at the airport. No alternate flight, no help. Ground staff had zero knowledge: one said “get a Turkish visa” (he did), another said it wasn’t needed. Supervisors contradicted each other—one said he could travel Malta–Berlin on his visa, another said he couldn’t. They spoiled his trip, caused health issues, and provided no food, water, or accommodation. He’s still at the airport, almost 12 hours later, with no assistance. This is cruel and unacceptable
