Often, teams get siloed when design is decentralised, but for us at Truecaller, we have been able to build a great culture around the discipline! Figma enables us to take that leap forward and streamlines many processes that would have been harder to manage had it not existed. Not only does it aid us in our workflows, but ends up being our source of truth in many ways. With the advancement of new features, the product has made us more efficient and saved us a bunch of time, allowing us to ship some pretty nifty solutions along the way.
