Crowdsourcing vs In-House Teams Ever wonder why some projects take months while others are done in weeks? Teams can either: ✅ Get diverse ideas ✅ Solve problems fast ✅ Keep work moving 24/7 Or: ❌ Move slowly ❌ Stop when resources are stretched ❌ Hit roadblocks with limited perspectives In-house teams: ↳ Limited size → slower delivery ↳ Similar perspectives → fewer ideas ↳ Office hours only → progress stops Topcoder community: ↳ 1.9M+ experts → creative solutions ↳ Hundreds of global innovators → faster delivery ↳ Work continues 24/7 → momentum never stops The result: Faster, smarter, and scalable solutions. How much faster and smarter could your next project be by combining your in-house team with Topcoder’s global talent? #Topcoder #Crowdsourcing #OpenInnovation #GlobalTalent #EnterpriseSolutions #InnovationAtScale Tony Jefts Sandhya Ramachandran Arun Kunal Chadha Wipro

Post on Tech & AI Cooling Off Man, the tech world feels like it's hit a speed bump across Europe—software dev postings are down 33% since 2020, and layoffs are real (153,000 in the US alone last month, but the ripple's hitting the UK and Germany hard). But here's the silver lining: AI skills are non-negotiable now. If you're a dev or marketer, focus on ethical AI and cybersecurity to stand out. I've been brushing up on prompt engineering, and it's game-changing. Who's with me on turning this slowdown into a skill-building sprint? 💻 The year tech stopped hiring itself. 2025 is proving to be one of the most brutal years for the global tech workforce. Over 202,000 people have already been laid off, and if the trend holds, the number could surpass 244,000 by year-end, finds a RationalFX research. What’s striking isn’t just the scale; it’s the who and why. From Microsoft to Amazon, even the world’s most profitable tech companies are cutting deeply, often citing “AI transformation” and “leaner operations” as justification. In Asia, the impact has been equally severe. 🇮🇳 India has seen more than 17,000 layoffs, led by TCS’s 12,000 cuts, while 🇯🇵 Japan’s Panasonic is eliminating 10,000 jobs. The message is clear: automation and AI aren’t just changing workflows — they’re reshaping entire workforces. And here’s the paradox: 👉 Tech companies are reporting record revenues. 👉 AI tools are supposed to “augment,” not replace. 👉 Yet, thousands of skilled roles — even senior ones — are being replaced by algorithms and automation. As one executive put it: “We’re not in a hiring freeze. We’re in a hiring rethink.” The story isn’t just about layoffs. It’s about how the promise of AI is forcing a reckoning in tech’s own backyard, and what that means for the future of human work. Seeing headlines about Big Tech layoffs and massive AI shifts? It’s easy to feel like a small fish in a giant, churning ocean. But what if this "reset" is actually the perfect storm for you to thrive? 🌊 It's November 2, 2025, and here at Aidgentic we're putting together a daily roundup of breaking news and signals that actually matter for founders today: ➡️ Big Tech is cutting jobs while shifting billions into AI for "efficiency gains." The signal for founders isn't fear, but opportunity. This is your chance to be the nimble expert in your niche while the giants re-organize. (https://lnkd.in/exrUd_ih) ➡️ While AI spending soars, investors are rewarding companies like Alphabet for strong cash flow. The lesson is clear: use AI to make your business more profitable, not just to follow trends. A healthy bottom line is your best defense. (https://lnkd.in/eNxXEV5X) ➡️ A new "Tech Confidence Group" is helping solopreneurs who feel overwhelmed by AI. This highlights a growing need for practical, community-based learning. The lesson is to find your own small group to demystify AI and build together. (https://lnkd.in/ePrFSqEx) The Aidgentic Takeaway: The lesson for founders is that a tech reset isn't a threat, it's an opening. While giants focus on internal shifts, you can focus on building your knowledge moat, one smart, efficient AI system at a time. This is how you win

🚀 Across every industry lately, I keep hearing the same story: teams want to scale, innovate, and launch new capabilities, but their engineering simply can’t keep up. Some are fighting growing AI backlogs, heavy data workloads, and infrastructure that strains under real traffic. Others are stuck with legacy systems, slow patient or client apps, or an entire digital experience that feels years behind. Many don’t even have a tech team, relying on vendors while manual processes and outdated platforms slow everything down. Fast-moving companies face their own struggle: dashboards to scale, mobile experiences to rebuild, integrations piling up, QA slowing releases, and hiring pipelines that can’t match roadmap pressure. Even the strongest brands admit their digital foundation isn’t built for the growth they’re aiming for. Different sectors. Same bottleneck. Engineering is becoming the biggest blocker to momentum. That’s exactly why teams partner with SentientGeeks, not just to add developers, but to unlock the speed, stability, and technical depth they’ve been missing. If your roadmap is growing faster than your engineering capacity… you're not alone, and you don’t have to slow down. #EngineeringLeadership #TechInnovation #DigitalTransformation #SoftwareDevelopment #ScalingTech #ProductVelocity #AIEngineering #CloudComputing #TechTeams #StartupGrowth #Modernization #ProductDevelopment #SaaSBuilders #DevOpsCulture #MobileDevelopment #EngineeringExcellence #BuildInPublic #TechStrategy #QAEngineering #FutureOfTech

Good morning and Happy Monday LinkedIn. Lately I have been doing some Indepth research within my market to identify trends and opportunities, below are my findings: 💻 The UK Software Industry: Entering a New Era of AI-Driven and Low-Code Development 📈 The UK software market is evolving fast—growing at 8.5% annually, driven by a surge in AI-assisted development tools and low-code/no-code platforms. These innovations are reshaping how businesses build, deploy, and scale digital solutions. 🔧 Tools like GitHub Copilot and OpenAI Codex are cutting development time by up to 30%, automating testing, and enhancing code quality. Meanwhile, low-code platforms are empowering non-developers to create apps, making tech more inclusive and agile. As a tech recruitment leader, I’m seeing a clear shift: companies are no longer just hiring coders—they’re building hybrid teams that blend traditional dev skills with AI fluency and platform agility. 📊 Over 70% of UK enterprises are investing in AI-based development, and 60% are adopting low-code platforms. The demand for talent who can navigate this new landscape is skyrocketing. If you're hiring, upskilling, or just curious about how these trends are impacting the tech talent market—would love to hear your thoughts #SoftwareDevelopment #UKTech #AIinTech #LowCode #TechHiring #DigitalTransformation #Innovation #GitHubCopilot #OpenAI #TechRecruitment #FutureOfWork Reed - Technology #lovemondays
