We were proud to cater the Australian Museum Foundation Gala, where 250 guests enjoyed a bespoke five-course menu curated by Chef Sean Connolly and brought to life by The Fresh Collective team. Paired with fine wines from Robert Oatley Wines and set beneath the striking Hintze Hall, the evening featured performances by the Janawi Dance Clan and opera singers — all in support of upgrading the Birds of Australia gallery.
