Estimator Manager A leading construction company is seeking an Estimator Manager to lead and optimize the estimating team, scale the sheet metal fabrication business, and drive productivity and profitability. Base Salary: $137,500–$142,500+ Bonus: $7,500–$10,000+ Reports To: President Direct Reports: 3–5 Estimators Dotted Line Reports: 3–5 Project Managers Experience: - Management experience (hiring, coaching, growing teams). - Estimating services and manufacturing materials. - Financial acumen (P&L, cash flow, income statement). - Customer-focused sales and quoting expertise. Skills: - Strong character: self-awareness, accountability, integrity. Intelligent, coachable, and eager to learn. - Tech-savvy and proficient in documentation and quoting. Background: - Experience with general contractors/subcontractors is a plus. - Understanding of large-scale project operations.
