I've been working with the Commons for many years now. The journey on the health club has been over 2 years and one of the very first things we did was workshop and discussed collaboratively with the Commons team what the health club would be specifically for the Commons. The item that really sparked the real thinking about this was our research trip to the US and just looking at sort of world's best practice of what is offered within health and health clubs. But then how do you focus that, reimagine that for the Commons members? It's definitely more than a project. I've been a really great and exciting opportunity to. Take a new sort of perspective on health and Wellness and actually redefine what that is.
