Great article, and thanks for sharing it. One of the biggest gaps I see is documenting processes early and designing them for where the business is going, not where it has been. Transformation is a chance to review what truly works (and what doesn’t) and fold those changes into the plan. Skip that step and even a strong strategy and modern tech stack rarely deliver what you hoped for.
