Team4Tech recently facilitated three Micro-Matching projects, where we paired employee volunteers from Cadence with NGO staff for short, focused projects to co-create practical tools and deliver valuable solutions for the NGOs in 8-12 hours over 8 weeks. For these 3 micro-projects, 9 Cadence volunteers collaborated virtually in small groups to support our Kenya-based NGO partners, NairoBits Trust and EmpServe Kenya, as well as our Pakistan-based NGO partner, Chiraagh.
