Excellent insight from TCS — thank you for putting the spotlight on how organisations can navigate the transition from traditional operations to future-ready digital frameworks. The way you’ve addressed three critical dimensions — people, process, and platform — really stands out: 1. People — building capabilities and culture to embrace change. 2. Process — redesigning workflows to be agile rather than rigid. 3. Platform — leveraging scalable and secure technologies to underpin transformation. From a leadership viewpoint, a few questions to further consider: How do you measure readiness and adoption across the workforce when you initiate transformation? What governance structures ensure that process redesigns remain aligned with business strategy rather than devolving into disconnected improvements? How does technology investment tie back to measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, resilience)? Again — great thought leadership by TCS. For anyone guiding or managing digital transformation, this is a valuable reference point.

AI-native data centers are rapidly becoming the backbone of modern digital infrastructure, and this investment reflects exactly where the future is headed. As enterprises accelerate adoption of GenAI, LLMs, and high-performance analytics, the demand for GPU-dense, low-latency, energy-optimized compute is skyrocketing. Traditional data centers simply weren’t designed for this level of parallel processing, thermal load, or power density — which is why purpose-built AI data centers like HyperVault are the need of the hour. Looking forward to seeing the next wave of AI-driven value.
