We were honored to have our President & CEO Lisa Kurz, MPA, ITILv3, SAFe Agilist, CSM, a proud Virginia Tech alum, represent Take2 at a recent leadership dinner that united business and university leaders to explore innovation, AI, and the future of talent in the Greater Washington region. Lisa joined an inspiring conversation about how organizations can work together to strengthen our region’s economy through innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to developing the next generation of talent. Thank you to Virginia Tech, Washington Business Journal, and all the partners who made this dialogue possible. #Leadership #Innovation #Talent #AI #Take2 #VirginiaTech
I left last night’s dinner at Virginia Tech both inspired and energized. When you bring together a room full of business leaders and university innovators, you never quite know where the conversation will go — and that’s the beauty of it. We talked about everything from our confidence in Greater Washington’s economy, to how AI is already reshaping our industries, to the ever-present challenge of finding and developing the right talent for the future. What stood out most to me was the honesty in the room — leaders who are thinking not just about their companies, but about how we build an ecosystem that keeps this region strong, adaptive, and full of opportunity. A huge thank you to our partners at Virginia Tech for sparking such an open and forward-looking dialogue. These are exactly the kinds of conversations that move our region forward.
