It's like, I know I'm gonna get like 5 Subs today. Let's do it, you know? And then the day just like rolls by, you're killing it. Like you getting messages out to the candidates that look good. Yeah, I know. That's the thing about recruiting though. Like you could go in with a game plan, but you have to be flexible because it's probably gonna change totally. Yeah, yeah. And that's why high volume recruiting can be so tough too, right? And it doesn't mean you're bad recruiter. Yeah, because like sometimes they're high, sometimes they're lows. It's just about response rates. Right, That's really, yeah. Perspective, yeah, that I go for. It happens quite frequently. And again, I, I think people would be surprised how often as recruiters, we do not judge you. The job markets tough. Like back when I was applying to jobs, I'd apply for a lot. Yeah, like you have to, you have to get your resume out there and I'm not judging you. You're like, I don't know what company you're calling from. I don't know what job this is. I we're not judges. All good. It's like you click, somebody's interested in bringing you in for an interview. You're of course gonna click that link. Doesn't matter who it is. Yeah, we're here to help. So like, if you, if you're like, can you remind me of the job? Like, we will happily go over it. Yeah, that's our job. Am I interested? I'm not really interested. So I play like I'm interested, but I'm not that interested. But I think she might be interested. But do I wanna be interested?
