Johnny, it's being a social referral tool that's revolutionized contingent labor by incorporating your network that you've built and getting to incorporate the jobs through multiple clients. It's so neat to be able to capitalize on that incentive when I have a connection or you have a connection, that concept probably created from some brilliant idea you. That made me in an Uber, maybe behind this desk, but what sparked it, I wanted to find a way for us to socialize contingent labor. And the reason I wanted to socialize contingent labor is because there is ongoing billing with contingent labor. When someone refers an individual to a employer, that individual is being billed to that employer for every hour they work. And then it creates a revenue stream that. We could share with that person that referred them and it be legitimately ongoing passive income. Giving the gift of recruiting to everyone through the app, Javius is obviously, you know, revolutionary to getting recruiting back into the hands of the humans and the people. The network they create is exclusive to them, and it can pay them. For 20 years to come, sure. Over the course of several years, there's been a growing frustration with some of the challenges in our industry. From overpopulated vendor lists to clients pursuing other. Avenues of procuring contingent labor, which they're fully entitled to do, but if we're going to remain relevant, we, you know, have to pivot and change. That is why I came up with the concept of job bias. How do you feel like you spun that into your historical experience with tailored Management into this platform? Yeah, I mean, tailored management is my. 25 year old child alright and. I have very deep feelings for tailored management. But we have to evolve, and the beauty of Javius is it is built. Off of the existing infrastructure of tailored management. It's all about who, you know, you've built a business on that. And I think the model of Java is being able to connect the dots of the people that you've grown up with or you've worked alongside or your family members and making sure you can have that referral mindset for any company.
