Suncorp is building skills for the future and investing in our people through its Reskill Program, delivered in partnership with the UNSW. More than 90 people have been reskilled in areas of future focus since it launched in 2022. There are currently two programs available – Business Process Modelling (BPM) and Data, Analytics & AI. After completing the BPM program, Celeste Rose (Dennien) secured a new role as a Senior Delivery Advisor in Home Claims Partnering. She said: “The Reskill Program enables Suncorp to be agile and competitive. It is also empowering our people to adapt and move forward with the business as the world changes.” Executive General Manager Workforce Jen Delves said: “We have been consistent with our reskilling efforts and the results speak for themselves through new opportunities, strong, diverse talent pipelines and high participant retention rates.” Find out more about the Reskill Program and Celeste’s career journey: https://lnkd.in/eMfpwJgb #ReskillProgram #BPM #FutureSkills #FutureReady #UNSW
