Our Safety Observation Card (SOC) program is one of our leading indicators and an important hazards communication tool. The program is about keeping safety top of mind, identifying hazards, recognizing safe behaviours, and looking out for one another every single day. To celebrate our team’s commitment, one of our sites recently wrapped up a project with an end-of-project BBQ and prize draw recognizing employee participation in Strike’s safety program. Congratulations to our prize winners, and thank you to every team member who helped make this project safe and successful. At Strike, safety is not just a priority.
