Transformative. Empowering. Dynamic. Energising. Whirlwind. Growth. Rewarding. Rewarding. Transformative. I'll use two - impactful and proud. Full on. Just 90 miles an hour since I've got here. It's been great. I have to say dynamic. Everyday changes, nothing remains the same and you're at the forefront of the defining issues in this nation. It would be hectic - if I could add in two more it would be hectic but great. The word that I would use to describe my last 12 months would be transformative. Working on Kograh Golf Club redevelopment has been incredible. You know, it's such a landmark logistics project and I'm really fortunate to be working on it so early on in my career. If I had to describe my last 12 months as Stockland in one word, what would it be and why? It would be progression - constant learning, constant gaining new skills. My word for the last 12 months at Stockland would be brave. I think we've made some really bold decisions as a business and we've all really adapted to new partners, new communities, some new teams. It been a real year of leaning in and growing together. New projects, new people and changes within the business which are positive. It's been a busy year, lots of change and the team have pushed really hard to get some great results. The one word I would use to describe my last 12 months at Stockland would be dynamic. We've had a lot of construction activity from housing to clubhouses, as well as adapting to having our first home owners living in the community and celebrating milestones with them. Across the enterprise our strategy has never been so crystal clear. To see that delivered at pace across the business was pretty extraordinary and we did all of that while staying true to our values and our purpose of a better way to live. So how could that not be an epic year?
