Just a gentle reminder, folks: Spotify does come with a price tag—quietly tucked into your paycheck, of course. 😊 You’ll likely find those playlists essential for muffling the soft sounds of exhaustion from colleagues kindly picking up the slack where headcount somehow never quite gets filled. On the brighter side, private jets do look ever so cozy from the ground. And those consistent, perfectly flat bonuses/raises this year? Truly a thoughtful touch from leadership. Keeps everything... predictable. 💼✨

Starbucks I'm curious why the company has followed the trend of most other large businesses in the US and transitioned from have split Vacation and Sick time off to having a single grouping of PTO? It can cause much headache and confusion with people trying to figure out which they need to use for their requests. "I need my Dr appt but also I need to get my car worked on the same day, is that sick hours or vacation hours?"
