Our partners (employees) have big dreams, and we want to help them achieve those goals, both at Starbucks and beyond. For our people, by our people, our Partner Networks (employee resource groups) are open to all partners and create moments of connection that foster inclusion and contribute to our personal and professional success.  “My grandma would tell me to keep myself grounded and lead with my heart because it will never lead us astray.  Three years ago, I helped establish my region’s chapter of Indigenous Network (IN), and when I sit in our calls today, I’m so proud of how many partners have joined – that I was a part of it. Don’t hesitate to join a partner network; you’ll find so much value in being a part of something bigger. My goal is to become district manager one day and I would also love to be on the national or region board for IN.
