Empowering people to grow 🌱 At Stabilus, we place great importance on purposefully promoting our talented employees and giving them the space to grow – both personally and professionally. 🚀 In the SIT-GBS (Global Business Solutions) division, a new “Young Potential Program” was launched in October an initiative by our IT Director, Christoph Baumann. The group of participants – Wladie Han, Artur Bauer, Demian Becher, Jonas Hebbecker, Florian Klinke, Jonas Lichtl, and Carsten Ziemann – kicked off the program with great enthusiasm. The program empowers ambitious young professionals to expand their strategic and technical skills, strengthen their leadership competencies, and foster innovative thinking. Core topics include IT strategy, cloud, AI, security, change management, and communication, all designed to prepare our talents for future career paths and leadership roles. At the kick-off event, participants came together for the first time to align on shared goals, expectations, and perspectives.
