I think the interviewing process has become less humanised. Forever getting automated emails saying thanks but no thanks even though apparently I met all of your criteria. I understand that nobody gets a job first try but sometimes a little feedback would be great instead of blanketed and how often to people actually get a face to face interview? Who people are on paper, may not be who they are in person. It’s a shame but I guess it’s the world we live in. I will keep applying for jobs but it seems such a digitised minefield with no human thought anymore, just names and numbers

3wOne suggestion When an ex employee apply for the role matching his/her experience, instead of sending an automated email, there should be process clarifying the ex employee why he/she has not been considered for the role
