On the Rise 🏗️ From the ground up, progress is well underway at our $55 million carbon-neutral office development in Townsville’s CBD. Clear skies in Townsville are helping keep the build running smoothly. Set to house the Commonwealth Government upon completion in mid-2026, the building is designed to achieve 6-Star NABERS Energy, 5.5-Star NABERS Water, and 4-Star Green Star ratings. With features like rooftop solar, water reuse systems, and all-electric design, it will set a new benchmark for sustainable development in Far North Queensland.
