Having the portal in Spanish matters deeply because it breaks down barriers that often keep clients from accessing the care they need. It's about feeling seen, respected and understood in their own language. It will help affirm our shared cultural identity and help promote a sense of belonging and comunidad podemos lograr mas. Language is really important in our practice and we want to make sure that clients feel respected. Also, let them know that they matter. We care and we want to work with them in their language.
