Six months running an AI company and living through basically everyone else's building it, buying it, deploying it, cleaning up the chaos and honestly celebrating what actually works. It's been equal parts chaos and honestly clarity. Because here's the thing, I it's not magic. It's, it's, it's plumbing, it's patience, It's, it's people. Nobody posts about that. So here's what I've seen over and over again. 4 core categories. The illusion of progress. It's like hype hiding how little we actually know at times. The vendor mirage, these partners that are sometimes really just dashboards. The human problem, the fear, the the pride, the culture slowing everything down. And then last but not least, the reality check. It's the integrations and and trust make or break you. Most people, you know, they're guessing their way through this. I've got some scars and I'm taking some scars from others and I could probably prove it. I think others have scars as well. But what breaks, what works, what you only learn after you've shipped it and survived it. So if you're building with, they are just trying to make sense of it.
