Here are 3 AI startups changing the game for Healthcare. Number three, KHealth. K Health offers virtual primary care by using AI to help patients assess symptoms and get treatment paths, while connecting them with clinicians. They’ve raised around $50 million in equity funding. K Health is led by co-founder & CEO Allon Bloch. Number two, OpenEvidence. OpenEvidence is a clinical-decision AI company that lets physicians search across over 35 million peer-reviewed publications to get referenced answers right at the point of care. They raised $75 million in a Series A round. OpenEvidence was founded by Daniel Nadler and Zachary Ziegler, with Daniel Nadler serving as CEO. And number one, Viz.ai. Viz.ai builds AI-powered disease detection and intelligent care coordination platforms (such as detecting strokes from brain scans and notifying specialists) to improve treatment times and outcomes. They raised $100 million in their Series D round. Viz.ai is led by co-founder & CEO Dr Chris Mansi. That's it for this week's Startup Countdown.
