Colliers reported a 24% jump in revenue in the third quarter to $1.46 billion, driven largely by its engineering and design division, which surged 54% year over year. While the firm matched other major brokerages in posting double-digit growth, Colliers held off on raising its full-year outlook. The latest Colliers outlook "reflects expectations of continuing lower global trade uncertainty and lower interest rate volatility for the fourth quarter,” the company said in its financial statement.
