Modern pricing doesn’t sit still. AI is breaking every static assumption in billing and forcing teams to evolve their pricing and packaging models continuously. Seat-based, usage-based, credits, packages, agent pricing, outcomes, etc. - it’s all blending. You need infrastructure that can flex with you, not fight you. Metronome now supports seat-based credits, account hierarchies, and packages, giving teams the structure to run hybrid pricing at scale without rebuilding their billing stack. These are the primitives of modern monetization. They let product teams move fast, finance stay accurate, and GTM experiment safely. Pricing shouldn’t be a breaking change. It should be an iteration.
