Contact center planning inside Microsoft Teams is not just about picking one path. It's about choosing the right level of capability for each workflow. Most environments use a mix of native features, integrations and full platforms, and the goal is to align each one to the work it handles. 💡 Smarter Collaboration with Copilot in Microsoft Teams Every week I see new ways AI transforms the way we work together. This latest update from Microsoft really stands out to me. Teams Mode for Microsoft 365 Copilot brings the full power of Copilot right into the place where collaboration naturally happens: Microsoft Teams. According to Microsoft’s official announcement: https://lnkd.in/e8tz9cM9, Teams Mode makes Copilot feel like a true part of your team. You can start a private chat with Copilot and easily expand it into a group chat with your colleagues so everyone can interact and build on each other’s prompts. You can also add Copilot directly to existing Teams chats so it becomes a helpful, context-aware teammate. All of this happens within the same trusted Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance framework that organizations already rely on. From my perspective as a management consultant helping teams adopt Microsoft technologies, this update is a real game changer. It moves AI from being a side tool to becoming part of the collaborative process itself. Imagine this: During a strategy session, sales asks Copilot for a market overview, product explores competitors, and finance looks at margin insights — all in one shared Teams chat. Governance and security teams can manage how Copilot is used while ensuring sensitive data stays protected. Adoption teams can now focus on using Copilot together instead of working in isolation. This is one of those updates that makes Copilot feel less like a tool and more like a teammate. I can’t wait to see how organizations start using it in their daily flow. #Microsoft365 #Copilot #MicrosoftTeams #AI #FutureOfWork #Mvpbuzz
