We’re proud to share that Salesforce has been named one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Parents in 2025. 💙 For us, supporting parents isn’t a perk, it’s part of who we are. From flexible schedules and caregiver support to family-first leadership and inclusive benefits, we’re committed to helping our people thrive at every stage of life — at work and at home. To every parent, caregiver, family member, and ally: thank you for everything you do. We see you. We support you. We’re grateful you’re here.

Ive been at salesforce for 6 years now and my wife and I have had two children in this time - The parental leave i was given to support our family gave us the time to focus on our family and figure everything out during the most important times of our lives.

Parents and caregivers carry a heavy invisible load. Honoring that with real support is good leadership and good business. More of this, please 🙏🏼

Well done Salesforce 👏 When a company supports families, people do their best work and stay for the long run. This is the kind of culture every organisation should be aiming for.

Salesforce is prone to lay off parents en masse too, while we’re told the company is going great, so wonderful for parents unless the rug is pulled out from under you on a whim.
