Production lines in food and beverage facilities are struggling with constant changeovers, often running at very low efficiency. My colleague Stephane Lariviere explains that while one large line may run at 80% efficiency, two smaller lines can each run at 95%, and if one smaller line fails, the other can keep running. These changes don’t have to create downtime because they can be implemented during scheduled maintenance to reduce disruptions. Flexibility is now more valuable than speed, and smaller lines can adapt more easily to consumer trends, seasonal demand, and supply chain shifts. Let’s connect and explore solutions for your food and beverage facility.
