New Upgraded Discussion: (open to own interpretations) Boss with AI...Vs....Leader with AI. We (probably) will soon see a "trillion dollar company" which would be built "within a year timefrane from its inception" with "less than 10 team members" because of the pace of #AI advancement. What do you think ? #ai #possibilities #leadership

It’s exaggeration for comedy, but it’s also a perfect snapshot of how AI removes friction: 1. Boss becomes more bossy. 2. Leader becomes more effective. 3. Introvert becomes unstoppable. But the REAL takeaway? AI amplifies whatever you already are. It doesn’t fix you — it just multiplies your style.

Fascinating illustration — and an important distinction. AI doesn’t replace leadership; it amplifies the qualities that were already there. What we’re seeing is a shift from labor-intensive scale to intelligence-driven leverage. In that world: A boss with AI gets more control. A leader with AI creates more capacity. And an introvert with AI gains a new communication advantage. The idea of a trillion-dollar company built by a sub-10-person team is no longer theoretical — it reflects the reality that AI compresses time, cost, and coordination in unprecedented ways. The real differentiator won’t be who uses AI… but who uses it to empower others rather than merely accelerate themselves. Great thought-starter.
