Please consider some more vigilance over protecting the millions of children on Roblox from adult predators. I love Roblox and have been playing with my child and his friends in an effort to monitor what they are exposed to. They're getting older and leaving the platform but the kids i see online are more vulnerable than ever. I've been a free moderator/reporter of games the kids hop into. Where's the paid ones?

Me and my family enjoy Roblox. However, the recent change in introducing VNG for Vietnamese users is causing alot of problems for me and my family. For some reasons, we are configured as a Vietnam user while we are located in Singapore. Now, we are ONLY able to use this on laptop and NOT on a mobile phone. So much so for the statement, "Play, create, and connect anywhere". We can't use the VNG app. When we reached out (multiple times) via support, all we get are cut-and-paste replies. As of today, I am being asked to create another user account and forego the thousands of dollars we spent. Hope the management could look into this, seriously.
