Reconext Jakarta: Reliable Recovery Services for Telecom, IT, and Consumer Electronics

When I was working at PT APIKKO, the admin team often had to manually type customer ID details for cross-border transactions between Indonesia and Hong Kong. Manual entry caused frequent mistakes, so my manager asked if I could build an ID-card reader to capture the data from a single snapshot. I implemented a solution that: - Automatically classifies the document type (Hong Kong ID, Hong Kong permanent resident ID, Indonesian ID card, Indonesian passport) using YOLO11 for fast, on-device classification. - Extracts text fields from the detected region using PaddleOCR, so admins no longer need to type data manually. Lativi Mediakarya (tvOne), Indonesia’s largest national news channel. The policy marks a bold step toward digitalizing traditional markets — a cornerstone for inclusive growth and financial equality. Yet, true inclusion depends on how we guide the transition. Here are four key points I emphasized: 1️⃣ 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥. Teaching QRIS isn’t just about scanning codes—it’s about building digital trust. 2️⃣ 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 should ensure that digital payments connect seamlessly with suppliers, enabling an efficient end-to-end ecosystem. 3️⃣ 𝐋𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞. Many traders operate on limited capital, and they need immediate access to their earnings—whether to restock, withdraw, or reinvest. 4️⃣ 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥. Without fee exemptions or incentives, we risk excluding those who need this transformation the most. From my table. I was recently designing a 24/7 service backbone for Indonesia’s telco rollout. People-to-people service is our superpower—but it only scales with the right infrastructure behind it. Indonesia’s geography (thousands of islands, challenging terrain) makes reliability hard. Our solution architecture closes that gap. What was built: -A coverage model that activates the right mix of Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) to reach every of 30 customer sites -24/7 operations and escalation pathways so crews and parts move without friction to seamlessly support the service Current results: 4-hour delivery SLA: 100% of sites covered 2-hour delivery SLA: 77% of sites covered today What’s next: The client can and wants upsell a “Golden Warranty” with 2-hour part delivery. We can quickly activate additional FSLs out of 28 available in Indonesia to raise 2-hour coverage and align Service Levels with the Client Service Agreement. Scaling a network across an archipelago is complex.
