In a business where rejection is constant, persistence makes all the difference. At reafco, integrity and problem-solving are just as important as closing the deal.
What traits make someone successful here? REIKO Willingness to learn and grow is probably the first and foremost. This is generally a new field for most agents coming in. So I think just the open mindset of like, hey, I'm here to grow no matter what it takes. Whether it takes three months to do my first deal or six months, just willing to grow. I think also like hard work, perseverance is a great trade as well. This is a tough business. You're constantly Co calling, getting told no could take you thousands of dials to find one deal. So I think this persistency. Is another key trait. I think another one as a third trait would just be an integrity like saying doing what you say you're going to do, helping your clients out, helping you're the seller out if you're working the seller or the buyer. And throughout the entire process, you're constantly working with lenders, loan officers, different parties. So just being a good person, really trying to solve the problem and do the right thing to get the deal closed and make everybody happy.
