We’re thrilled to welcome third-year apprentice Lewis Wipp to RCR Mining Technologies as he enters the next phase of his apprenticeship journey. Lewis joins us from our sister company, AES Equipment Solutions, where he began his apprenticeship in 2022 and made a strong impact. His transfer reflects NRW Holdings’ commitment to developing talent and offering apprentices hands-on experience across the Group’s diverse operations.
We’d like to congratulate our third-year apprentice, Lewis Wipp, on his transfer to our sister company RCR Mining Technologies, where he will embark on the next phase of his apprenticeship. Since joining AES Equipment Solutions (AES) in 2022, Lewis has gained hands-on experience and made a valuable contribution to AES workshop, especially in Line Boring department. As subsidiaries of NRW Holdings, both AES and RCR are committed to supporting employee development. And this transfer is part of NRW’s initiatives to provide apprentices with immersive learning experiences and a great insight into the group’s diverse operations. Lewis shared, “It’s been a pleasure starting my apprenticeship with AES as I’ve created a great foundation for my trade studies. I’m extremely excited and grateful to finish off my apprenticeship at RCR, allowing me to sharpen my skills as a machinist and gain valuable experience working with a range of manual and CNC machines. Thank you to all involved, I really appreciate how seamless it has been to transfer within the NRW group.” NRW Training Manager Neville Kelly emphasised, “By promoting a safe and structured Apprenticeship Training Program, we empower our next generation to thrive, because sustainable success starts with opportunity, guidance, and the motivation to grow and continue our legacy.” #AESEquipmentSolutions #RCRMiningTechnologies #NRWHoldings #ApprenticeshipProgram #EmployeeDevelopment
