Over the weekend, thousands of our team members and their families came together in Sydney and Brisbane to celebrate the arrival of our Airbus A321XLR aircraft. These Family Days are a chance for our people to share their pride in what they do with the families who support them. From aircraft tours, meet and greets with our partners Surf Life Saving Australia and Assistance Dogs Australia, Airservices Australia’s Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) services, plus special performances from Emma Memma in Sydney, these events brought our Qantas community together. We now have two A321XLRs operating on our network, with our third aircraft arriving in the coming weeks. It's part of the largest fleet renewal program in our 105-year history, and our teams are the ones making it happen. Thank you to everyone who made these days possible, and to all the families who joined us to celebrate this next chapter.
What a weekend, Qantas! ✈️❤️ Two A321XLRs live — thousands of team + family at Sydney & Brisbane Family Days — Emma Memma, ARFF demos, Assistance Dogs, Surf Life Saving… this is Qantas culture at its finest. 105-year legacy, 21st-century wings — and it’s our people making it real. Proud to see the red roo flying higher, powered by pride, purpose, and family. #QantasFamily #A321XLR #FleetRenewal #ProudlyAustralian
Mmm, I have many non positive words re-differances between SYD & BNE. However, I'm glad people had a wonderful time celebrating the 20yr anniversary for BNE Heavy Maintenance.
It was incredibly well run in Sydney - great job team 🙌🏼
Goose Bumps Happy Moments !
These planes are nice, but when are we going to see the old planes on regional flights in Queensland, operated by QANTAS Link, replaced? They are ready to fall out of the sky.
Such a fabulously fun family day! Can’t wait for the A350! 😎♥️✈️ 🌏
So lovely to see everyone there!!!! Thanks for having us 🧡
