Proud to share that ProFrac got awarded the 2025 EWTC Gold Safety Award for the second year in a row! A huge thank you to Paul Kaster, James Senger, and Chris Dore for not only representing us at the Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s 2025 Business Optimization Conference, but for showing up every day looking for ways to continue improving safety standards and procedures. They, along with many others, have been instrumental in building the safety culture we have today, and we could not be more proud. At ProFrac, safety is truly at the forefront of how we operate in the field. Over the past year, our teams: ✅ Doubled down on our Behavior Based Safety and Risk Observation Communication programs ✅ Blended the best safety practices from multiple acquired companies into one shared culture ✅ Saw a major drop in minor injuries as a result of the tightened-up work procedures These awards are nice, but the real win is knowing our people are watching out for each other.
