I’ve been exploring new AI-powered demo agents like Supersonik that can join video calls (Google Meet), share their screen, move the mouse, and respond to questions live with real-time voice and chat. From what I’ve seen, this approach changes the usual sales and support process. Instead of scheduling demos or waiting for a rep, prospects and customers can see the product in action anytime, ask specific questions, and get instant, personalized walkthroughs. It also means routine support and onboarding become more consistent and always available, scaling up without a corresponding increase in human staff. It’s an interesting shift.
