👟 The first-ever Peloton Giveback Run Club Tour, led by Alex Toussaint in partnership with his Do Better Foundation, brought our Wellbeing for Life community engagement program to life in an unforgettable way. This inspiring initiative united communities across Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, and San Francisco, blending movement with meaningful impact. With hundreds of Peloton Members showing up in force, the tour raised over $30,000 for local nonprofits—showcasing the incredible impact we can make when we move with purpose. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us to move with intention, give back, and celebrate the strength that comes from showing up for ourselves and one another.

I have been charged twice for my membership. When I called your customer service office today, I spoke with Serena and her manager, Ana. I was advised that a refund could not be afforded because the time period had passed. I then requested to have my membership cancelled to prevent further multiple charges. Approximately one hour after my conversation with Ana, I learned that my account was cancelled effective immediately. I do not understand why this is the case, as the membership was paid through January 9th. I called back and spoke with Gabby, who consulted with her manager, DeSean. Gabby informed me that DeSean confirmed the immediate cancellation and refused to take the call to assist in rectifying the cancellation or the overpayment. This second call lasted 55 minutes, in addition to my prior conversation with Ana. I would like an explanation as to why my membership was prematurely cancelled when it was paid through January 9th. Furthermore, I would like the remaining time I paid for to be reinstated to my account. Apparently there is no one to call or speak with other then the customer service number
