Bring back fresh baked bread and better quality ingredients
I don’t have any formal education related to business but even I know that a “bread company” that sells frozen bread instead of fresh baked bread is a business suicide decision. Not to mention the gutting of your corporate support teams…
Very happy to see the company move in this direction.
Frozen bread is refreshing? Give me a break
Let’s make it happen!
Very exciting. Hit me up if you need a store design Director! :)
Sounds great!
Exciting news and smart strategy!
I've been continually going to Panera for years now. Every time the company adds something new it's look redecorating your house. Truely an enjoyable experience. I request you bring back gouda cheese though. It was heartbreaking when the chipotle chicken avocado melt lost it's gouda.

2dRefresh… there is nothing refreshing about the menu. They fired all the bakers so all of the products are frozen now. And because their model is cheap labor ie: HS students who are happy at $13/hr… the kids don’t care if the baked items are done right. The bagels now are awful! Bring back the bakers, and actually make Fresh bread again, not just cooking frozen bread or pastry items.
