Congratulations to RightHand Robotics, Inc, part of the broader Palm Ventures portfolio, on their feature in a leading industry trade about their transformative role in Staples next-generation fulfillment strategy. As the article by Roberto Michel outlines, Staples has integrated autonomous robotic picking cells co-developed with RHR into its fulfillment operations. When the system launched in 2021, the cells could handle just 20% of the SKU mix. Today, that number has tripled to 60%, with Staples leadership confident they'll soon reach nearly 100% of small SKUs. RHR’s work with Staples is a prime example of what happens when best-in-class AI and robotics meet the demands of real-world operations, a core focus of the entire Palm Ventures network. Robotics and AI News Robotics and AI Startup Dexory Raises $100M Series C Warehouse intelligence provider Dexory has closed a $100 million Series C funding round, bringing its total funding to $165 million. The round was led by Eurazeo (through its Growth team), with participation from LTS Growth and Endeavor Catalyst, alongside existing investors. The company, which offers a system for real-time warehouse intelligence, visibility, and autonomous solutions, will use the new capital to accelerate its product roadmap, expand its commercial teams, and grow internationally across new markets and sectors. Dexory's technology includes autonomous robots that scan over 10,000 locations per hour, capturing full-height racking data and creating a live digital twin of a warehouse, helping to manage inventory with its AI-enabled data platform, DexoryView. Since its Series B last year, Dexory has expanded its platform across Europe, North America (establishing its North American headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee), and APAC. The platform is currently used by logistics leaders like GXO, Maersk, and DHL, and manufacturers including Stellantis and GE Appliances. #Robotics #AI #SupplyChain #WarehouseAutomation #LogisticsTech #SeriesC #FundingNews #Dexory

We talk too much about robots. And not enough about the invisible layer that makes them useful. The real challenge isn’t motion — it’s coordination. It’s the chaos of: – Six different systems that don’t speak to each other – Operators working alongside algorithms – Throughput depending on tribal knowledge, not dashboards Over the past year, I’ve been inside automotive plants, pharma fulfillment centers, integrator offices, and robotics labs across Europe. Different industries. Same truth: The real innovation isn’t what you see moving. It’s what you don’t see, the architecture that makes it all flow. This week at Logistics & Automation Spain, in Madrid, I’ll be meeting the people building that hidden layer. If you’re working on orchestration, fleet management, WMS/WCS integration, or simply fighting complexity… let’s talk. Because the story of automation isn’t about robots. It’s about how we design the world that moves them. 🙏 Thank you to the people shaping this industry To the researchers and industry leaders pushing the discussion forward: Fraunhofer IML – Dr. Jana Jost ARME -Asociación de Robótica Móvil Española – Javier Miguélez To the pioneers inside factories, turning vision into reality: Mercedes-Benz España – Ivan Caño Prieto & Antonio Real Barrero AutoStore™ – Alberto Salvador de la Hoz To the innovators redefining orchestration and software: SYNAOS – Dr. Lennart Bochmann, Dr. Wolfgang Hackenberg & Dr. Philipp Schäfers voraus robotik GmbH – Tobias Ortmaier Beta Robots – Magí Sanchón Soler To those proving what automation can really do in the field: Geek+ – Tina (Jiayuan) Fang & Andrés Espuelas González with their customers Nisbets and Med24.dk MOVVO Robotics – Jaume Graells Gallego To the wider ecosystem we learn from every day: KUKA, Continental, SEW Eurodrive, …and many more we’ve surely missed. Your work is shaping the future. We’re just here to make sure the world sees it.
