The advances in science already enable medical professionals to save more lives than ever, while the growing body of knowledge empowers all of us to make healthier choices. These trends are only accelerating. Next week, MEDICA - Leading International Trade Fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, will once again serve as the central stage for groundbreaking innovation across medical imaging, diagnostics, laboratory technology, health IT, mobile health, physiotherapy/orthopaedic technology, and medical consumables. Manuel Preg will be joining many of Pacific International Executive Search’s clients at MEDICA to explore how AI and GenAI are transforming diagnostics, and how robotics, automation, and assistive systems are enhancing the precision of medical interventions. He’ll also be learning more about the growing impact of integrated care, advancing more efficient treatment pathways and better patient outcomes. As always, talent remains a critical enabler of innovation. If your organisation is navigating challenges around talent acquisition, leadership diversity, or succession planning, or if you’re a senior professional exploring your next career move, connect with Manuel Preg at the expo or reach out directly for a confidential, no-obligation discussion. #TrustedAdvisor #StrategicTalent #MedicalInnovation #MEDICA2025

Their installed product bases and access to large datasets give them a strategic edge for AI‑enabled innovations that link diagnosis and treatment. They are better equipped than smaller firms to manage complex regulatory, sustainability, and post‑market surveillance requirements. Switzerland’s medical device industry is on a fascinating path of innovation. From my perspective, what makes it truly exciting is not just the supportive regulations or infrastructure investments, but the way research institutions and companies collaborate seamlessly to bring cutting-edge ideas to life Over the next decade, I believe we will see a surge in high-precision devices that not only improve clinical outcomes but also make healthcare more accessible and efficient. For me, the most inspiring aspect is how Swiss innovation balances technological sophistication with practical application a combination that sets a global benchmark Watching this evolution, it’s clear that Switzerland isn’t just developing medical devices; it’s shaping the future of healthcare itself. For investors, professionals, and innovators, there’s much to learn from this ecosystem both in terms of business opportunities and the broader impact on patient care #HealthcareInnovation #MedicalDevices #SwissInnovation #DigitalHealth #MedTech

One year of helping a global medical device leader think differently about digital innovation. 🚀 Romy Benninga, MSc, BCMAS, Digital Health Works, and I began this partnership, we knew we were taking on something unique, supporting a company with decades of excellence as they explored new territory. This isn't the typical consultant story. We weren't brought in to write reports or run workshops. We were asked to help build something real. To create the commercial foundation for digital products in an organization built for traditional medical devices. What I've experienced (again) about corporate innovation: 🔹 Established companies have incredible advantages—distribution, credibility, resources 🔹 Success requires building new organizational muscles, not just new products 🔹 Impactful leaders recognize when they need outsider perspectives 🔹 Creating something new inside a motivated organization is incredibly fun The past year has been about proving that traditional medtech companies can absolutely excel at digital innovation—when they're willing to invest in the right approach and give it the support needed to grow 🌱. We've been working backwards from what healthcare providers actually need, building the commercial systems that turn great ideas into real solutions. As for what we’ve been doing, you’ll get to see one launch at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) show later this month in Chicago (and if you’ll be there, let me know!) Stay tuned. 🎯 #digitalhealth #innovation #radiology #movingforward ---- ---- ---- 📈 💸 🎉 I support ambitious #digitalhealth and #medtech ventures commercialize their innovations in the US 🇺🇸 , Europe 🇪🇺, and Germany 🇩🇪.

Echoing some of Daniel’s thoughts, this past year proved that innovating in digital health is so much more than new technology and a cool USP. It’s about creating the conditions where change can actually stick. "Success requires building new organizational muscles, not just new products". 🙌 🙌

It’s critically important for early-stage innovators to take a strategic approach as early in their product development journey as possible. Identifying financial stakeholders, developing a comprehensive evidence generation strategy, and designing market-access-informed clinical trials will help ensure that life-changing medical technologies will reach patients who need them most. The market access, reimbursement and commercialization landscape can be challenging, and early strategic guidance is crucial. PRIA Healthcare’s team of experts can support innovators in building a comprehensive strategy and achieving their goals for their groundbreaking technologies. PRIA Healthcare proudly continues to be a Supporting Sponsor of LSI’s international events for 2026. MedTech market access, commercialization and investment all take root at these invaluable conferences. PRIA is honored to meet the world's most vibrant innovators, investors, and industry leaders, and to discuss how we can help their life-changing technologies reach patients who need them most. Our team looks forward to attending in Dana Point and Barcelona, and sharing their expertise on navigating the complexities of market access, reimbursement, and commercialization. Day 2 of the Global HealthTech Innovation Summit is underway in Rochester. Today we are giving our international guests a closer look at the depth and breadth of Mayo Clinic’s capabilities — and how that expertise helps move cures to patients faster. The morning sessions are focused on the practical side of collaboration. We’re hearing from Mayo researchers, business development leaders, and innovators who are working every day to turn discovery into impact. From early-stage co-development to clinical validation, every discussion underscores what makes this ecosystem work: proximity, partnership, and purpose. This afternoon, our guests will meet Mayo teams across fields like cardiology, robotics, radiopharmaceuticals, and AI — each sharing how they are seeking new ideas, technologies, and collaborators. The goal is simple and powerful: to connect innovation with the expertise that accelerates it. Discovery Square and the Destination Medical Center (DMC) initiative were built to make this kind of connection possible. Days like today remind us that when research, clinical practice, and entrepreneurship align, progress follows. #GlobalHealthTech #DiscoverySquare #DestinationMedicalCenter #MayoClinic #MedicalAlley #HealthInnovation #LifeSciences #RochesterMN #Minnesota
