NU Advisory Partners’ Post

We all spend a lot of time reading about AI, but most coverage focuses on new model launches, press releases from big companies, and industry drama. What’s missing is the practical, day-to-day use cases and lessons we’re all searching for. We’ve been running Practical AI training sessions to fill that gap, helping leaders get more out of AI in their everyday work. After 50+ sessions with boards, investors, and executive teams, we’ve learned as much from our participants as they’ve learned from us. NU’s Nada Usina and Jared Cohen share 7 observations and lessons from being on the ground with so many participants. https://lnkd.in/eFubBFxX #AI #ExecutiveSearch #NU #NUAdvisoryPartners #Leadership #Innovation #AIinBusiness #AIForLeaders #PracticalAI

Thanks for posting this. Kudos to Nada and Jared! If you're open to it, here's another (8th?) idea: launch an "AI Agent Lab" The Lab could be a quarterly cross-functional sprint where employees - led by the AI Czar - build and demo real business agents (e.g., deal-screening, contract-review) using no-code tools, with winners funded for production. This turns tailored training into *measurable ROI* and positions the firm as an AI-first innovator.

What stands out here is how AI adoption mirrors every major transformation curve — curiosity evolving into structured capability. The real leap happens when education turns into execution and leadership alignment turns experimentation into enterprise value. Loved the read.
